How to avail this offer
Step 1: Book your forward journey bus ticket (example, Mumbai to Goa)
Step 2: Once you complete your forward journey bus booking, then book your return journey bus ticket (example, Goa to Mumbai)
Step 3: Please remember to book both the journey tickets on the same day and using the same email address. Journey dates can be any dates for which availability is there.
Step 4: Your MakeMyTrip Bus PNR (BUSxxxxxxxxxxxxxx) will be your e-coupon code for availing the discount. With each bus booking (i.e. with each MakeMyTrip Bus PNR), you can avail a discount of Rs 500 on hotel.
Step 5: To get the discount on hotel, while making your hotel booking, please enter your MakeMyTrip Bus PNR (BUSxxxxxxxxxxxxx) in the e-Coupon No. field on the Review page. A discount of Rs 500 will be applied and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
Illustrative Example
Suppose you book a ticket for Mumbai to Goa for Rs 750
Thereafter you book your return journey bus ticket for Goa to Mumbai for Rs 850 on the same day
Your total return bus fare = Fare for Mumbai to Goa + Fare for Goa to Mumbai = 750 + 850 = Rs 1600
Your cash back amount calculation would be 10% of total return bus fare (10% of 1600 = Rs 160) or Rs 150, whichever is less. Hence, you would get a cash back of Rs 150 in this case

For the purpose of this offer, return bus tickets are defined as 2 bus tickets booked by an individual on the same day, on the same route (for example the first ticket is booked for Delhi – Manali and the second (return) ticket is booked for Manali – Delhi; the journey date can be any date and there is no restriction on that but both the tickets have to be booked on the same day. Please use the same email address while booking both the tickets.)
For a return journey booking which is composed of 2 bus bookings (i.e. 2 MakeMyTrip Bus PNRs) you effectively can avail a discount of Rs 1000 for hotel booking. However 2 or more Bus PNRs cannot be redeemed at the same time in a single hotel booking. You can redeem only one Bus PNR per hotel booking.
The cash back will be processed on the total return bus fare. The calculation of cash back will be 10% of the total fare or Rs.150 (whichever is less).
The offer is funded from a special promotion budget and can be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of MakeMyTrip.com
The customers can book the bus tickets on MakeMyTrip.com using any of the available payment options. Cash back will be processed within 7 working days following the date of bus departure (return leg) as per the bus ticket booked by the customer. MakeMyTrip.com will process a credit transaction for the cash back amount on to the customer's credit card account/bank account etc. as the case may be.
The cash back shall be credited to the same credit card/bank account/any other payment instrument as was used for the purpose of making the purchase and will be reflected in the monthly credit card/bank account statement.
Under this offer, only 5 cash back transactions are permitted per month per credit card/debit card/cash card/bank account. The first 5 transactions in a month will be eligible for the cash back.
Cancellations will be allowed on the tickets booked during promo and will attract normal cancellation charges. If the cardholder cancels the bus ticket during the offer period, the cancellation penalty will be deducted from the fare paid by the customer and the balance amount will be refunded. No cash back will be processed for canceled tickets. In case one leg of the return journey is cancelled, the tickets do not qualify as a return booking and hence no cash back will be processed.
The cash back benefit cannot be combined with any other promotional benefit offered for bookings on MMT, except in scenarios where the other benefit is not funded by MakeMyTrip
Prior to using the MakeMyTrip.com coupons, the user should read and understand the User Agreement of the said website and proceed to make purchases only if the user agrees to abide by the same. The user shall be required to give personal information and credit card/bank account/other payment details online for the tickets purchased on makemytrip.com international. MakeMyTrip at its discretion may not process the cash back to curb misuse of the offer in cases where misuse is detected.
